Navy Career Development Boards - Aquatic medicine has undergone many changes. We have a new surgeon, a new manager, and we are focused on getting ready. With these changes comes career progression and a new track for the Medical Corps (MC) Officer (PDF format, PPT format). Let's look at a new example and discuss some of the ways it will affect you as your career progresses. In addition to serving as an OMO, it is expected that those who wish to serve in senior positions will complete Joint Professional Military Education Levels I and II (JPME I/II) and receive formal management or leadership training, such as a Master of Business Administration or equivalent degree.

10 Important CDB data: CDB files should not be considered complete until data has been entered, saved and verified.
